Tori Gage Owner & NASM Certified Personal Trainer

I absolutely love what I do! As an amateur figure competitor and NASM certified trainer, I am committed to staying fit and living a clean lifestyle. Personal experience allows me to empathize with my clients. I have a genuine desire to use what I have learned to help them achieve a better quality of life, however that is defined for each individual.

I believe the mind and body must be in balance to achieve a generally more restful state of being. Proper nutrition, core strength, flexibility, muscular strength and endurance are all necessary components. I have connected with many people and have watched their spirits lift as their health and fitness improve. This success has fueled my passion and enhances my commitment to change the way we live our lives, one client at a time.

Mark Gage Owner & NASM Certified Personal Trainer

I am a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) Certified Personal Trainer. I have been involved in training of some type for 22 years, whether that be lifting weights, training clients, or preparing my body for one sport or another. I can honestly say "I LOVE WHAT I DO!" As an avid fitness professional I am committed to living and teaching a clean, healthy lifestyle! This commitment, along with a serious passion for coaching, motivating and monitoring others makes me well suited for personal training.

My former careers as a State of Nevada Correctional Officer along with my years of experience as a competitive athlete have taught me discipline and focus. I believe anyone can achieve their goals with the right type of training program and commitment to proper execution and balanced technique.

The incredible results I've achieved with over 8500 hours of personal training experience in less than 4 years, along with my own personal achievements, make me believe I can help anyone achieve anything. This success has fueled my passion and enhanced my commitment to change the way we live our lives, one client at a time.

Denver Whitley Owner & NASM Certified Personal Trainer

I have been active my whole life, but my true introduction to the fitness world began in 2000, a year prior to my entering the U.S. Marine Corps.

While in the Marine Corps, I learned to understand the importance of fitness, and how it made life as a Rifleman easier. It made the pain less painful, and it offered the opportunity to excel, just as it does in everyday life. I became an Infantry Squad Leader, and as we say, "led by example." I trained my squad extensively, both mentally and physically. Most importantly, I learned to use tact. I understand how to work with people in a physical environment, and to take them beyond their limits safely.

Since then, I have mastered the fundamentals of fitness through my own training, a personal quest for knowledge, and experience as a successful personal trainer, certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Fitness is a way of life for me. I am good at, and love what I do.

I know I can take you to whatever level of fitness and health you want to obtain. My question for you is: Do you have the will to let me?

Adam Bray Personal Trainer

My love for fitness started in high school as a member of the USMC — Youth Physical Fitness Team. I started Personal Training while in college in 2001 and continued to train until graduating in 2005. Along with personal training, I was a teaching assistant in the motor learning and biomechanics labs in grad school. After graduating in 2005, I took a fulltime internship at Washington State University within the Strength and Conditioning Department under the tutelage of long time S & C guru, Rob Oviat and his direct subordinate, David Lang. Upon completion of this internship, I accepted a job at UNR within their S & C department under John Archer. I worked for UNR for 2½ years and then took a job as a Personal Trainer at 24hr Fitness in 2008.

I have been training in one form or another for the past 10 years. From experience, I have learned what all successful trainers have learned; each program must be personalized and manipulated to fit the needs of the person or population the trainer is responsible for. This is what keeps me loving my job. No two clients are alike. No two experiences the same.

I am a strong believer that if the trainer and the client work together to find a fitness regimen that the client enjoys, experiences success with and can seamlessly add to their life, any goal, no matter what, is attainable. Find the balance, put in the time, and let it happen.

Bob Holmes Certified Personal Trainer, ISSA, CFT, SFS

I am a retired UPS engineer and have owned several successful businesses. I have been working out on my own and with trainers for over 30 years. I am a senior and a stroke survivor, my dedication to a healthy lifestyle is much more than just a slogan. I am very sensitive to the fitness and nutritional needs and goals of seniors. Because of my age and my ongoing health concerns, as a NASM Senior Fitness Specialist (SFS), I am uniquely qualified to understand and train seniors.
